These general conditions govern the sales of products and services offered by Allure Belgium, including the sale of hairpieces, wigs, lace frontals, as well as hair services (weaving, coloring, etc.).

ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS

Any order placed on our website or during a reservation is firm and final. The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information for the processing of their order.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICE

Prices displayed are in euros, all taxes included. Allure Belgium reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the prices in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

Payment is made in cash when ordering, by credit card, bank transfer or any other payment method accepted and indicated on the site.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Products are shipped via the delivery services specified at the time of ordering. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Allure Belgium cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted after receipt. All sales are final.

ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Allure Belgium declines all responsibility for damage caused by improper handling, excessive bleaching, inappropriate coloring or the use of unsuitable hair products.

ARTICLE 8 – COMPLAINTS

Any complaint relating to an order must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

Information collected during orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW

These general terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the Brussels jurisdiction.
