Each product is carefully crafted and takes approximately 2 weeks to create, excluding delivery time. Your orders are then shipped via Bpost (2 to 5 business days).
Regarding returns, they are only accepted in the event of an error in the order. In this case, you have 7 days after receipt to return the item to us in its original condition.
